Our little guy (now almost 4), is a cancer survivor. He underwent chemo & radiation, and is now healthy beam of sunshine!
The first month of all of this is so scary, but soon your family will fall into a new routine and things will seem less stressful and overwhelming.
My prayer for you is to feel the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding. Looking back to the time that our son was in treatment, I prayed not so much for his healing, but for God to sustain me with His grace to make it through each day.ShawLovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05375235176687398454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1457334179651298601.post-38045320823636968952012-02-23T14:37:43.006-08:002012-02-23T14:37:43.006-08:00Kesleigh,

You are an inspiration for many others that are going through similar circumstances. Keeping your eyes on Jesus is the best way to be encouraged. In Him you can have comfort and peace and encouragement.
2 Corinthians 1:3-5 says:
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ.
May God give you the strength, peace, clarity and wisdom through this journey. We will continue praying for Clayton, for complete healing and for your entire family. Isaiah 40 talks about the greatness of God. I wanted to encourage you specifically with verse 11. It tells us of God that "He will tend his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs in his arms; he will carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead the mother sheep with their young". It's not just Clayton, his promise is for the mamma too! Keep trusting Him one moment at a time!Stacy Murphyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03321759044907444884noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1457334179651298601.post-23020378266367720772012-02-22T21:16:35.411-08:002012-02-22T21:16:35.411-08:00Kes, you are my new hero.
